Our third building for Anrica Nominees, this warehouse was built in 2006. Of 1200 sqm floor area, it has concrete walls; the panels were all cast on the site by the owner-builders. It occupies a street corner site and the owners thought it important that the building acknowledge this, so we put the entry at the corner, and gave it a racy porch. The wide upward-curving awning on two sides of the building protects the showroom windows.
